Our Terms and Policies


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILTIES

Customers who ship their suspension components to us agree to install their components according to industry standards.  You are required to test forks for proper tire and frame clearance before use.  You are required to test rear shocks for proper frame alignement and clearance prior to use.   If an issue arrises please contact Trail Labs for guidance.  You may need to adjust shock eyelets, air cans, autosag valves, and hardware for proper installation and alignement.  We encourage you to utilize a professionally trained bicycle mechanic for installation of your suspenion.  You agree to these customer responsibilites by submitting the service booking request.  We are not responsible for frame damage or injury due to improperly installed suspension.  Prior to use you should fully compress both fork and shock to ensure there is no frame contact.  That is the end users responsibility.

SERVICE WARRANTY


We offer a 30 day warranty on repairs and services starting the day the customers component is returned to them.
