Thunderbear Suspension Services, LLC is a mobile mountain bike suspension service company based in Shepherdstown, WV servicing the four state region with a focus on convenience and quick turn around to get you back on the trail ASAP. Don’t feel comfortable removing your own component, don’t worry, we also work with local bike shops too, so you can drop your bike off with one of our partners, who will remove your component and let us know when it’s ready for repair! We aim to have you back on the trail within a week, but please understand that sometimes we slip a pedal and may need a bit more time to get you back out there.
