  • We offer a wide range of service and upgrade options for mountain bike suspension forks and shocks. We can handle basic maintenance such as air can and lower fork services and full rebuilds with nitrogen fills.

  • First, we aim to get your component back to you within 5 business days of receipt!

    Second, we pledge to donate $1 from every service to our local trail stewards M.O.R.E. who take care of the trails in the Mid-Atlantic region.

  • YES! On our Services page you can fill out the information form and then click on the BikeFlights tab and that will take you to our Bikeflights page. Once there simply complete the form, print the label, and ship your part!

  • We currently service Fox, Rockshox, and Ohlins. Other brands are a case by case basis depending on parts availability. If you have a question, call or email us!

  • We do not do custom tunes, but we can install a different factory tune of your choice, and we can do upgrades like updating the Rockshox Charger 3 to a 3.1.

  • No, we do not, but we do offer a limited selection of loaner shocks and forks to help keep you going while we service your part. Email us at thunderbearrides.com with your needs to see if we can get you that loaner!

  • We require a $50 deposit of which $30 will be refunded after return. Contact us at thunderbearrides@gmail.com to see if we have what you need!
